A Learning Journey is the interaction between people, purpose and place.

“In 2000 a team of researchers set out on a quest to understand those personal qualities, values, attitudes, skills and dispositions that enable people to learn how to learn. Roll forwards twenty three years, with over 100,000 data points and global impact stories across a range of industries we know what resilient leaders, learners and systems look like. We can measure what matters and we have a solution that works in practice. We have a digital capability that can scale for impact and we have learned so much more about the conditions that need to be in place to enable resilient people to thrive, the WILD way. I believe that this work is needed by the world more than ever before and I am excited to be leading this work as Founder of WILD Learning for transformative impact.”
