Konsileo have spent years building the tech stack that powers the Client Broker of the future. The challenge is to recruit new people who are up for ‘doing it differently’ in their TEAL inspired culture.
CLIENT BRIEF
Can we explore patterns of learning power in our people that help us to understand the qualities and characteristics of the most successful Client Directors and Teams in our pioneering TEAL business?
If we can identify those qualities and characteristics, how can our Talent Acquisition Team recruit the best people for the job?
HOW WE WENT ABOUT IT
We co-created a unique, integrated data set including data about people, performance, relationships and Learning Power.
We undertook an exploratory analysis of this data set.
We learned our way forwards together with the business to identify the implications for the Talent Acquisition Team and for enhancing ongoing professional development.
WHAT WE DID
We collected anonymised learning power data from the entire population of Client Directors and integrated that with other data about performance, wellbeing, relationships and other variables.
We identified a working hypothesis of ‘what good looks like’ in this particular business, drawing on the principles of self-management, wholeness and evolutionary purpose.
We are in the process of subjecting this data to statistical modelling and exploring the outcomes of that with the professional wisdom of the Talent Acquisition Team to co-design an archetype of the have the happiest, best rewarded and most professional brokers in the industry.
We will engage in a collaborative Learning Journey with the business to identify the implications for recruitment and ongoing professional development.
WHAT WILL CHANGE
This already data rich business is adding a unique addition to their repertoire, enabling them to be even more targeted in designing, implementing and developing their unique business culture, which celebrates the authentic humanity and self-leadership of its people as much as their performance.
Konsileo is becoming better enabled to create a pathway back to meaningful work and insurance broking, that will be richly enhanced by insights into how humans can profitably lean into risk, uncertainty and challenge and will be powered by technology.
